This is a sandblasted tile wall. I Sandblasted all the tiles. (Well there are 30 blanks) I hand cut out each of the hundreds and hundreds of letters. Sure wish I had my cricut then. Took me several days to do all this. It is a wall in a School here in Houston, TX. The school build the extension on to the entrance and my wall is on the right when you enter. I got to see it today for the first time thanks to my great friend Benjee and her Husband Albert. I was thrilled to see it completed. I did all of the sandblasting and gave the school back the tiles and they created this wall . I was very impressed with the final results. I got to take pictures today. Sorry, not the best pictures but I have pictures finally. YAY!!!
I have been sandblasting for almost 30 years. Does that make me sound old? I'm 42 now started when I was 12. I love sandblasting. You can take an ordinary piece of glass and make it something extraordinary. I just love it. I sandblast, Glass, Granite, Tile, Slate, Marble, rocks and Agate slices at the moment, who knows what I'll find to try in the future. Anyway, I'll try to post more of my work for everyone to see.
Have a great evening.
